A collaboration between Pokemon and Hatsune Miku was announced through the official Japanese social media accounts of The Pokemon Company. This project is called Pokemon feat. Hatsune Miku PROJECT VOLTAGE -18 Types 18 Songs-.
This collaboration will include 18 illustration artworks, songs, and music videos starting September 4th through September 29th.
From September 4th, there will be a special artwork each day that will be released based on the idea of “What if Hatsune Miku was a _-type Pokemon trainer?” covering all 18 types drawn by 6 different artists at 19:00 JST every weekday.
From September 29th, 18 songs and music videos will be released featuring various Vocaloids on their YouTube channel. Participating Vocaloid P in this collaboration will be announced on September 28th at 21:28 JST.

Crypton is celebrating the 16th anniversary of Hatsune Miku’s creation on August 31, 2007.
